I am co-owner and qualifying broker, Mike Rackler. I worked for Portales Schools for 25 years teaching and as and administrator. I have been involved in the family business for over 35 years as well. My focus for many years has been in technology and I enjoy bringing that knowledge to the real estate market.

My wife and co-owner, Joann, is the former owner of Do Drop In and is now the office manager for our brokerage.



My father Roy Rackler was the founder for the brokerage, he was a General Contractor for over 50 years. He opened Eastern Sunbelt in 1976.
