This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1500 sq ft) house is located less than a mile from:
-Wheaton College Campus
-Lowell and Franklin schools
-Wheaton Public Library
-Both Wheaton train stations
-Downtown Wheaton and the French Market
-Mariano’s grocery store
Sorry, no pets.
We are able to rent it to one family or up to 3 individuals.
We rent out the finished basement separately (it has a separate entrance), but it can be included for an additional $500 (which would allow for a 4th individual).
Shared laundry space in basement.
Rent does not include utilities.
Available for March 1, 2025 occupancy.
We are looking for a 5-month or 17-month lease.
Security deposit: $4500.
