The counter divides the kitchen from the spacious dining room which opens to the living room (north east facing, sun rising) ) on one side and to a deck overlooking the backyard (west facing sun setting ) on the other.
The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 large closets. The 2 other medium size rooms could double as home office(s) or guest rooms. The central bathroom has a tub and shower.
There are hardwood floors throughout.
The home is equipped with a Propane range and fireplace, dishwasher and microwave.
Unfurnished.(Although some photos show furnishings)
Utilities included are Wifi, Electricity, Heat, Garbage, Snow removal and Lawn care.
Tenants are responsible for cable TV.
Heat is provided with Oil in Baseboard Heaters and cooling with window ACs.
Shared Electric washer and Propane dryer on ground floor.
The well water is outfitted with a new ultraviolet purification system.
One bay of garage included for vehicle or storage.
Shared use of raised beds and garden space available for those with a green thumb!
