TENANTS agree to pay any fines resulting in the misuse of the property or violation of the rules local jurisdictional authority.
FIXTURES, DECOR, AND ALTERATIONS
TENANTS must obtain prior written consent from LANDLORD before painting, installing fixtures, making alterations, installing security systems, or putting any holes in walls larger than an 18ga nail. No spikes, adhesives, screws, or the like, shall be driven into or applied to the walls, ceilings, floor surfaces, doors, or other surfaces of the home, without first obtaining LANDLORDs prior written consent.
