A 12-month lease is required. A written notice of 60 days is required before moving out.

- Alterations:
Renters may not make alterations to the property without written permission from the owner.
- Move-Out Requirements:
The unit must be cleaned thoroughly, and all personal belongings removed upon move-out to ensure the full return of the security deposit. Any Major damages will be asked for the renter to pay for before leaving.
