The rent is $1,750 per month. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. We do have breed restrictions. - You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past four years.
- You must owe no money to a utility company, property manager/previous landlord.
- At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
