Fully and comfortably furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay from the spacious entry and dining area to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and tile floor. Large living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi includes a desk for your at home work needs.

The full bath situated on the main floor between the kitchen and living room includes a shower tub combo. Stackable washer/dryer also found on the main floor. Two large bedrooms including built in day bed/sitting areas and plenty of closet space to hang your clothes.

Enjoy warm summer nights on the private patio with plenty of seating and a grill situated on the opposite side of the driveway. Off street parking for at least two vehicles. Close to town, restaurants, shops, and the Britt festival.

SHOWINGS: Tours available when vacant, by video tour only when occupied to avoid disturbing our guest.

RENT includes all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.

PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed.

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.

TENANT PAID UTILITIES None unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
