Tenant pays all utilities (water, gas, electric, etc.), trash/recycling, and maintains landscaping year-round.
Washer and dryer rentals may be available for an additional monthly fee.
All kitchen appliances pictured will be included in the monthly rent.

Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. EVERY person 18 or older is REQUIRED to place a SEPARATE application.
There is a one-time admin fee of $100, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.
