The home is newly remodeled and is located 15mins from the beach, harbor and downtown Oceanside! The home comes with many great amenities: Hot Tub, BBQ, Traeger smoker + fire pit table in the back yard, kayaks + SUPs available for shared house use, cozy common areas, community pool and friendly, respectful roommates!
Master bedroom is located downstairs on the 1st floor and has it’s own private bathroom.
No smoking/drugs/pets/couples. Single occupancy and single vehicle per lease.
We are a friendly, respectful & easy-going group of goal-oriented professionals in our 20s & 30s, guys and gals, looking for other friendly, respectful, like-minded professionals and quiet, responsible adults to share the home with. Hobbies in the household include hiking, camping, reading, biking, surfing, scuba diving, kayaking/SUP and more! Respect, kindness, empathy, positive attitudes and healthy lifestyles thrive in this environment that is also filled with fun & good-natured personalities. The home is a relaxing, stress-free & drama-free environment that we create and come home to everyday!
Details:
$1525/mo annual lease, $1625/mo month-to-month, 3 months minimum stay. Room can be provided furnished for additional charge. Easy street and driveway parking. Washer/dryer onsite in garage. Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent. Utilities are equally-split amongst all roomies.

Occupancy is limited to 1 person and 1 vehicle per lease agreement.
