The master bedroom has been claimed. 3 bedrooms are left and are up for grabs and will have to share a bathroom. Rent starts at $900 (negotiable). Please let me know if you have your own furniture or need furnishing for your bedroom. (first months rent will be increased if furnishing is needed, but not subsequent rent). Security deposit is $300. Background check is $15 (non refundable). $20 fee at the end of each month for wifi and utilities (negotiable).
