Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

The space:
This cozy two bedroom apartment in the heart of the Marquette campus has convenient access to daily essentials as well as dining and entertainment venues in close proximity.
The space comfortably sleeps four and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Things to note:
- Due to the vintage nature of the building, you can expect to hear periodic noise such as footsteps from upstairs neighbors at times, and muffled sounds between shared walls. Ear plugs are provided for guests just in case
- The apartment is on the 1st floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building.

- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days park on the side of the street with even house numbers, on odd-numbered days park on the side of street with odd house numbers
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on 13th, 14th, 15th, and Kilbourn but not allowed on 16th or Wells
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isnt enforced). Just call the city on the day youd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. More info is available by searching online for Milwaukee night parking permission
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
