Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

24-hour fitness center, s, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table, private balcony, and in-unit laundry
Location:
- All within two blocks: cafes, breweries, grocery store, brunch restaurant, beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars
Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Washington, Mineral, and 3rd St, but not allowed on 2nd St or 1st St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isnt enforced). Just call the city at [Use CALL button] on the day youd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a confirmation in 5-10 minutes. More info is available by searching online for Milwaukee night parking permission
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)

5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
