I have a master available with a private bath for $1000/month and bedrooms with a shared bath for $800/month. Utilities are an additional $75 per person.
Superb location. Down the block from the Bear Creek open space and trails, 20 min to downtown, 10 min to Red Rocks, 5 min to Belmar, and located to beat the rush to the mountains & ski resorts on the weekends.
The common areas are all fully furnished and includes two living rooms, a dining room, and a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In-unit washer and drier. Big, fully fenced, backyard with patio furniture. All common household items such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. are restocked regularly at no cost.
Who you will be living with: My name is Tony and I’m 33 years old. I have an awesome 3-legged dog named Ziggy who is super friendly and well behaved. I am a working professional and in my spare time I love to travel, hike, ski, run, play and watch basketball, read, listen to music, go to concerts, and spend as much time outside as much as possible. I’m super chill, laid back, and very easy to get along with. Ideally looking for roommates with a similar vibe and mindset. We don’t need to be best friends but would be awesome to find people who are down to hit a hike and ski/board from time to time!
