This fully furnished, million dollar home is located centrally near both Brownwood Paddock and Lake Sumpter Landing in the coveted Village of Fernandia. Avventerra has been completely updated including all new furniture, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, upgraded appliances, new wifi and TV system, a private two seat golf cart, electric car charger, a beautiful pool to relax in, and a breathtaking rear Lanai view of a lilly pad covered private lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals, bake, or entertain new friends along with pool ware. For coffee lovers, youll have a starter kit for the Keurig coffee maker with caffeinated and decaffeinated K-cups along with non-dairy coffee creamers. There is also a drip coffee maker with filters and a hot water kettle for tea.
Our cozy living room is furnished with comfy furniture, a couch with two powered recliners, a new smart ROKU TV streaming free channels, and use of high-speed internet.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, a large walk in closet with a custom closet with plenty of room for your clothes, and its own private smart TV. The Master Bathroom has two toilets and a roll-shower with two shower heads for complete emersion while showering.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. - comes comp towels, linens, and a blow-dryer. There are two guest bedrooms - each with a custom closet and a queen bed. The guest bath includes a tub and shower, along with towels, linens, and a blow-dryer. There are 6 pool / beach towels available to be used at the pool.
The Lanai and patio area includes a gas grill and conversational seating / dining table for 6. This is a great place to have coffee or enjoy a cocktail with each other and your friends and family.
