4. Proceeding with the Lease: The full application is only required if you wish to move forward with leasing after the tour.
5. Tenant Responsibility for Landscaping: The property features a low-maintenance, Florida-native yard. No mowing is needed, but tenants are responsible for occasional weeding and pruning. We recommend hiring licensed and insured landscapers for monthly upkeep.
6. Monthly Maintenance Visits: Our maintenance manager will visit monthly to:
- Change the air filter.
- Check for water damage.
- Address necessary repairs.
