We are a great place to call home!!!! - Older well maintained apartment complex on the west side of Iowa City off Benton Street and Greenwood Drive called Carriage Hill Apartments. Water is paid to all units, on site laundry and free off street parking. Some 1 bedroom units have heat paid as well, and those have wall unit air conditioners. All other 1 and 2 bedroom units have central heat/air. Most 2 bedroom units have a deck/patio. This is a no smoking community. Cats are allowed with a signed pet lease and the monthly non refundable pet rent.
