I'm gonna let you in on a little secret… sometimes when we’re not using the projector for a meeting we’ll pull up a lil scene on YouTube and just let it play in the background while we work. It’s usually birds, ‘nd squirrels in “Patsy’s Garden” but as the seasons change, so do her various yard ornaments, decorations, or enrichment toys! Other times, we’ll pull up a live feed of an aquarium. Big recommend, tbh. Almost as much as I’d recommend this cavernous, yet cozy, condo near the Central West End. That’s a whole lotta C’s for you to come see. Oh chipmunks frequent Patsy’s Garden, too! Enjoy your modern kitchen, multiple bathrooms, laundry and other amenities- the very things that separate us from the animal kingdom! Though a fenced backyard is hardly wild, we figure you’ll still love it since it leads to your 2-car garage. Another thing (most) animals (and humans) can’t do… park!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
