This spacious home has plenty of room for the whole family to come to enjoy all that Brevard & the surrounding area have to offer. There are 3 bedrooms, all with a comfy king size bed.
You are only a short bike ride from downtown Brevard and Pisgah Forest (with hundred of miles of mountain bike and hiking trails).
Some other key attractions nearby include DuPont State Forest, Looking Glass Falls, Sliding Rock, Cradle of Forestry, Davidson & French Broad Rivers for fly fishing & kayaking. The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC arejust over 35 minutes away!
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the large deck with table and 4 chairs (is missing in the photos) as you start your day, or enjoy an afternoon or evening cocktail on the spacious front porch. Birds singing and sunshine included. -) For a cozy night around the fire, enjoy the outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs or gas fireplace in the living room. Stargazing is so much fun here!
The home is located on a quiet dead end street, so hardly any car traffic, honestly most traffic weve seen are white squirrels, dog walkers and strollers. : ) If you havent been to Downtown Brevard yet, you will get to experience everything from fine dining to leisurely restaurants and bakeries as well as great shopping for art, gifts and clothing. It pretty much has everything you need within a 5 minutes drive.
The photos speak for itself. Most recent upgrades include new tiled shower and flooring in master bath, new large rain shower heads in both bathrooms, new tiled flooring and vanity in hall bathroom, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, and hardwood flooring in bedrooms. Home has been freshly painted.
