Ideal for tech professionals and travelers, our month-to-month room rental offers unbeatable convenience and comfort. Located just minutes from major tech companies and hospitals, and a short walk from Utah Lake, this modern 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home perfectly blends work and relaxation.
Inside, youll find shared living areas, including a fully-equipped kitchen on the main floor and inviting spaces designed for unwinding. The basement features a sleek pool table and two private rooms for your use, giving you personal space to work, dine, or relax. One private bedroom is furnished with a plush queen mattress and built-in closet. Second private bedroom is equipped with a table for working or private dining, a microwave, and coffee maker. Please note, price is for single occupant. Couples are welcome for a small additional fee.
Small dogs up to 25 lbs are welcome for an additional $25/month and a $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Pets must be house-trained and get along with our resident cat, Bean. A fenced yard is available for their convenience. We have a friendly cat, so if you have allergies, please reconsider. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Other pet types such as cats are allowed but require prior approval. Note that laundry, kitchen, and living rooms are shared spaces. Common areas should be kept clean and free of personal items. There is no additional storage provided except private bedrooms and assigned kitchen space. Street parking only, right in front of the house. No garage parking allowed.

In the summer, get easy access to tons of hiking trails and lakes.
