Automobiles/ vehicles/ parking- parking is stipulated as to how many spaces and where. Also any vehicle that is not registered and insured in TX is a material violation of the agreement.

Right to regular inspection.

If a tenant has a pet at the onset of the agreement, I require a picture of the pet, its name, breed and a rider on their renters insurance policy naming me as also insured from liability for harm the pet causes others. A clause in the agreement stating it to be a violation of the agreement to bring a pet into the unit without first obtaining written consent from management.

Mold acknowledgement addendum- tenant is advised in writing that the unit is free of mold at the onset of the lease or agreement. It is disclosed to the tenant they have the right to inspect for mold prior to signing. Tenant must sign they waived the right of inspection (if they waive). Tenant is advised in writing of their responsibilities to prevent and report mold should it occur at any time during the tenancy.
