This one bed, one bath apartment is located on the third floor of the 612 or "blue" building as we like to call it and overlooks University Drive. The unit features a galley kitchen with a bar area that overlooks the living space. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and large closet. This unit has a rear patio space off the entrance.

•Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent.
•All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check.
•We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher.
•If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease
