Two bedrooms are available on the third floor of a newly-built, four-bedroom house in the Cedar Park neighborhood of West Philly. The rooms shares a full bathroom (also on the third floor), which makes it an ideal set of rooms for two friends. Each room can also be rented individually.

This bright and spacious house features a large front porch, rear yard, and full basement. A $100 utility charge, in addition to the rent, includes reliable high-speed internet and all utilities (central air conditioning, heat, hot water, and electricity). The total monthly rent including utilities is $975 for each room. The living room, dining room, kitchen, study, laundry room, basement storage, front porch, and rear deck are shared with all four housemates.

The house is within walking distance of local universities (Penn, Drexel, and St Joes) and has good access to public transportation (two blocks from the trolley). The Cedar Park residential area is beautiful, safe, and has great local dining, a wonderful food co-op, and several parks.

The house has hardwood floors throughout and top-end appliances. Although furnished, if you have bedroom furniture we can remove and store the existing furniture.

In consideration of the other roommates, no smoking, vaping, or pets.

The room is available at the end of December 2024.
