Built in the 1920s, this Historic home in charming downtown Hurricane Utah is just a short drive to Zion National Park. This unit offers a glimpse of a by-gone era of early struggles and adventure. This home has its roots in early history of the area as well as a farmhouse and early 'garage' for model A's and T's as the automobile made its way west. As the city and area grew its been a retail store front on the highway on your way to Zion National Park. Its last commercial venture was as an old army surplus and camping gear store. In recent history before the current owners bought it this property was painted a bright yellow and blue and was known as the 'sunshine' home. Today we've updated it as best we can without compromising its character. We added a fire suppression system and integrated smoke detection systems, we've added a modern laundry facility and a shared hot tub to relax in after hiking or biking.
