Capital Park/Richmond neighborhood is an up and coming area, conveniently located near bus lines, making it easy to take advantage of shopping, dining, and many green parks in the area. Located near Salem Hospital, Oregon State Hospital and downtown Salem. Also, the house is near I-5 in order for you to speed off in your vehicle to explore Oregons breathtaking sites.
*Rent (month to month): $1650.
*Non refundable cleaning deposit: $300. *700 sq ft.
*No pets.
*All utilities paid for by landlord.
*High speed internet and smart tv
*Free, on site parking in front of cottage. *Desk Area for working from home/planning next adventure
