Main level also has the kitchen and living room with a working fireplace. Great location in quiet community. Walk to multiple parks, shopping, dining and Shirlington with its Live Theater, Movie Theater and even more shops and dining. Car-free transportation options: Arlington Art bus stop on the corner, several Metro Bus stops, if you're up to it, walk to Ballston Metro (previous roommate routinely walked there) or ride your bike (I routinely use my ebike). Two other upstairs occupants are self employed (both startup founders) and work from home. They've had roommates in the past without issues. Must be clean, organized and relatively quiet. Common areas will be cleaned (you must wash your own dishes/put them in the dishwasher). Lease term flexible (prefer to start at 3 months and extend).
