This slight apartment is a FANTASTIC deal for a student or minimalist, or both! or either!
The location is bananas and yes I regret calling it 'bananas' but it does have a yellow bathroom and it's within walking distance to Ted Drewes for a banana split (both are related if you're lactose intolerant), Donut Drive-In, Jimmy Johns and IHOP! Good thing you're also covered from blasting your cranium with a sugar rush--There's several dentists' offices within walking distance too, so go nuts I guess. Also wild close is Panera, Starbucks, and TFA for vintage furniture to make your unique space really sing.
Central heat and window AC unit. Interior access to tidy basement with coin laundry and additional storage space. First-come-first-served-parking pad on the side, but easy street parking too!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
