Tenant is also responsible for weeding the planter areas in the back patio (all other yard care around the house is provided). Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
