Welcome to Stagger Inn, a charming mid-century ranch-style cabin with panoramic Lake Tahoe views from nearly every room! This thoughtfully upgraded Kings Beach home offers a private hot tub with lake views, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and even a private sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Inside, enjoy an open-concept layout featuring a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and a lodge pole dining table. Sliding glass doors from two of the bedrooms provide easy access to the backyard patio and hot tub area.

Rental Terms & Conditions

Additional Costs Include: Internet, satellite TV, Water/sewer, trash service, spa service (bi-monthly + final scrub), monthly housekeeping (2 hrs/month), parking

Tenant Pays: Natural gas and electricity (directly to service provider), Snow removal service (owner arranges; tenant reimburses full seasonal cost)

Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent, Balance of ski lease term must be paid in advance

Additional Info:

Must climb exterior stairs to access front door

Home is single story once inside

Garage and unit above it not included in rental (remains unoccupied)

Private road with one-way access in winter; AWD/4WD recommended

Hot tub can be winterized upon request (approx. $100/month savings)

Liability insurance required

No pets allowed

Street parking prohibited year-round

Rental Rates & Terms

3-Month Lease: $6,000/month (Lease must begin by February 1st, 2026)

Plus $520 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)

4-Month Lease: $6,200/month (Lease must begin by January 15th, 2026)

Plus $465 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)

5-Month Lease: $6,500/month (Lease must begin by December 15th, 2025)

Plus $440 per month for additional monthly costs (internet, keyless entry, booking fee, housekeeping, trash, water/sewer, etc.)
