Peak-season rent is $3,900 per month from December through April and includes all utilities and access to Highland’s amenities. If interested a golf cart is available.
Off-season rent is $2,900 per month from May through November, with tenants responsible for utilities and rental of the golf cart. Rates are negotiable depending on the timing and length of your stay.
