For 3 adults with Income: $14850 (4.5x the rent)

For 4 adults with Income: $18150 (5.5x the rent)

Combined net income of all adults with income. No cosigners will be accepted.

Or savings of 5x the rent as a consistent minimum balance of $16500 for the previous 6 months..

Minimum FICO score of 700+.
