During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located just minutes from downtown Black Mountain. Fenced-in back patio is great for entertaining and relaxing. Washer/dryer hookups. One small pet considered. **Please note, the house comes unfurnished**
