During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

1 bedroom/1 bathroom rental in the Beacon Village area of Swannanoa. Washer/dryer hookups. Lawncare included. Please note, this rental does not have air conditioning. Baseboard heat and gas fireplace. This unit is part of a duplex with shared driveway.
