Lease and Application Requirements:

$2,200/mo

Lease is through 5/31/2026, then Lease will revert to a normal 12-month cycle

-Utilities: Tenant pays individually metered utilities, Owner pays for regular trash/recycling service.

-First full month + 1-month security deposit required for Lease signing.

-Requirements: Full criminal and credit background check will be completed for each applicant/occupant 18 yrs of age and older (applicants/occupants pay for the screening service fee). Must have clean criminal record. There is a 650 minimum credit score for the standard application requirements. If credit score is below that, application will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if approved then last month rent would be required in addition with Lease signing. Credit history must not reflect current delinquent payments, recent bankruptcies, evictions or judgments. Proof of income and references will be collected and verified with the application.

-Dogs allowed on a case by case basis, with additional form and fee. No cats.

-Renters Insurance Policy is required for move-in.

-NO SMOKING, NO VAPING anywhere on the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS.
