PETS: A profile needs to be created per pet.

A pet admin fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $250 for each additional pet. NOT identified as an assistance animal.

Monthly fees for pets are calculated as follows:

A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month per pet

A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month per pet

A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month per pet

Pets not covered by [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] screening are treated with a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.

Animal Acceptability

Tanked, caged, or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages, and lizards in an enclosure.

Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.

Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal.

HOW TO APPLY: Visit our website to apply online. $60 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. Please note that we do not accept portable reports and any other applications.
