Rental Details:

• Studio Units: Starting at $950 per month for a 24-month lease.

• One-Bedroom Units: Starting at $1,200 per month for a 24-month lease.

• Security Deposit: Equivalent to 1.5x times the monthly rent.

• Our applications are $55 per person over the age of 18 that will be living at the location.

It looks at a basic background/credit/rental history. Our income requirement is 3x times the monthly rent. We do accept Qualified Co-Signers.
