-Rental History: 3 years of rental history or homeownership - references will be required

-No history of evictions

-We do not accept Section 8 or co-signers

-Pet Friendly homes will have a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Please ask before applying.

-Applications are not selected on a first come first serve basis. All applications are thoroughly reviewed and the most qualified applicant will be selected.
