Eighteen (18) apartment homes are designated for 50% Rent and Income limits operating under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, with six (6) of the 18 operating under the HOME program guidelines and twelve (12) of the 18 units operating under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Lastly, forty (40) apartment homes are designated for a 60% Rent and Income limit, in compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program.
