This first-floor cozy one bedroom apartment is ready for a move-in Late November 2025! Located at 28 Coral St. #3 Penacook, NH 03303, it is in the vibrant town of Penacook and is very close to both Concord and I-93 making an easy commute to any location for food, school, work, or play. Some of the benefits of this apartment include first-floor convenience, off-street parking, beautiful hardwood floors and a new clean finish, fast high-speed internet included, and lots of windows for lots of natural light. Although this apartment does not have a washer/dryer, there is a laundromat that is only two hundred feet (a one minute walk) away.
This apartment is pet friendly, cats and dogs are welcome with owner approval and an additional monthly pet fee. The additional pet rent is $50/month for each cat and $75/month for each dog. We have dog breed restrictions (listed on [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] )—please make sure your dog is permitted before applying.
The rent is $1,525 per month with a 12-month lease that includes water/sewer and fast high-speed internet. The heat and hot water are provided by gas paid for by the tenant. Tenant is also responsible for electricity.

3) Your application is screened within 3-5 business days and presented to the owner. If you are approved, you must sign the lease, pay your security deposit, and schedule your move-in within 3 days of being approved.
Blue Door Living has the following application requirements:
Your net monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past 4 years.
You must owe no money to a utility company or property manager/previous landlord.
At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
