This sunny, top floor condo is perfect for the traveling professional or anyone looking to relocate. It is newly renovated, with brand new flooring, kitchen appliances, and bed! Plus, it is in an especially great location for traveling nurses, as it is close to several major hospitals. The condo is located in a gated community with a pool, volleyball court, and playground. A spacious park, as well as the Highline Canal trail, is only a short walk away. You will find a wide selection of grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, and with a 5 minute drive you can enjoy some shopping and local beer in Lowry!
In the living room of our condo you will see high ceilings and a skylight that add to the open and spacious feel. Enjoy a cup of coffee (or a cocktail) on the west-facing balcony, and then cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace. The Roku TV is set up and ready for guests, so you are able to log in to your own accounts and watch your favorite shows.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new, full-sized appliances, and all the kitchenware you will need during your stay. This includes a convenient, single serve coffee maker that works for both ground coffee and K cups. And, of course, we included a coffee grinder for those who like their cup of joe extra fresh.
The bedroom boasts a super comfortable medium-plush spring mattressoh, and its a king! The blackout curtains make this room perfect for even those who work nights and sleep during the day. In the bedroom you will also find a working desk, a small dresser, and a walk-in closet with lots of space and shelving.
In the bathroom you will find a full shower/tub, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. Our condo is heated by a central water radiator system, and cooled by both a wall A/C unit in the living room and an additional A/C window unit installed in the bedroom (installed during warmer months).
The monthly rent for the condo includes all utilities, including wifi and parking. You have access to the mailbox as well if needed. We also have a Ring camera that you will have access to, through the app on your phone.
We pride ourselves in keeping our condo clean and comfortable, so we have some requirements for our tenants. We do not allow smoking of any kind, and if smoking occurs inside (or on the balcony), the tenant will be subject to eviction and will lose their entire deposit. Also, we love furry friends, but we only allow two pets at the most. We dont have a preference on size, as long as they are well-behaved. The non-refundable pet deposit ($100) can be waived if you have a service animal or a doctors letter classifying your pet as an emotional support animal. Additionally, keep in mind that this residence is for adults only (2 at most), and that each adult will be included on the lease and be required to complete a background check and provide references of previous landlords.
