I have many small appliances like an instant pot, air fryer, Keurig, waffle maker, nutribullet, food processor so you can cook your heart out when the mood strikes. Washer / dryer is in the basement. Just off the living room is a patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, grill, firepit, and adorned with outdoor lighting.
The newly remodeled modern style kitchen comes with many modern large and small appliances. Home decor is neutral colors (beige, black, grey, gold, silver white) with all new glam LED lighting, comfy couches and cozy feel. I also have 2 refrigerators so fridge space isnt an issue.
The bedroom comes with a double size sofabed with storage, dresser, side table, and a wall mounted TV.
Pillows, bedding & towels are provided (but youre welcome to bring your own - double size will fit the bed). Bedroom & entire home is move-in ready for you...just bring your own clothing, toiletries, food and any personal items.
Shared bathroom is right across the hall and has a bathtub for those long days.
