Welcome home to your 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment unit in our quiet and picturesque neighborhood! This complex is conveniently located near the historic East Village and the up and coming Highland Park Neighborhood while still having easy access to the interstate so our residents have access to all that Des Moines has to offer! Experience modern comfort and convenience in a tranquil setting, with a range of amenities that cater to your lifestyle. At our pet-friendly community, we believe in creating the perfect blend of comfort, style, and affordability for our residents.
Screening Criteria:
To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria:
- Household gross monthly income should be 3 times the base rent plus RUBS.
- Minimum credit score of 625.
- No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
- Clean criminal history.
- Clean rental history.
Utility Policies:
- Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for common area electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee.
- Residents are responsible for setting up MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired.
Amenities:
- Enjoy the pet-friendly environment with no breed restrictions.
- Limit of 2 pets per household, including dogs, cats, small aquariums (10 gallons or less), tanks (10 gallons or less), and caged animals like hamsters, ferrets, and rabbits.
- A $250 non-refundable pet fee per household and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet apply.
Fees:
- Application Fee: $25, due upon submission of your application.
- Minimum Security Deposit: $500, due to secure your unit.
- One-Time Administration Fee: $75, due upon move-in.
