There is a laundry room on the same floor as the private room. Guest room, full bathroom and walk in closet is totally private. During your stay, I am not always available in person, text and call works but we do have a team of support for cleaning etc. I try to reply to guests within an hour or ASAP.

Water temperature and thermostat is set at average and please inform us before adjusting these temperatures.
We have external cameras at the property. We have a camera in the kitchen and hallway. No cameras in any private rooms, bathrooms, living room.
Trash, goes out on Monday, please take out all trash to the curb in blue or red trash cans to the left of the garage while facing the house. Place the trash cans on the curb of the street with the wheels facing the house.
