This unit is completely nonsmoking, including the balcony. (This includes all forms of Vape pens and E-cigarettes.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
There is some parking in front of the building. Additional parking is across the street. Palms Resort will allow two medium-sized cars.
This unit is available from November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.
Rent is $1,595 per month, security deposit is $1,595. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
