The space
Unit will have a sectional sleeper sofa (twin size) in the living room, a 4-person kitchen table, & a fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are in the back of the unit, down the hallway for a nice separation from the living/kitchen area. Each room will have a new Queen size bed, two night stands, two lamps and beautiful decor (new lush bedding as well). The master bedroom will have a private attached full bathroom, and the guest bedroom will have a full bathroom down the hallway. Both bedrooms face the alley so no noise at night! The rest of the house faces the communal courtyard. There are other long-term tenants on property (2 surrounding units) they are quiet and respectful and keep to themselves. The garage is located in the back of the building and can easily fit a small SUV (nothing larger than a 4-runner). For larger vehicles, there are conveniently 2 free overnight lots one block south of the unit, along the jetty, as well as plenty of free street parking along Mission Blvd.
This is a multi-family property, we are surrounded by working neighbors as well as travelers. I have zero tolerance for disruptive guests and those who do not follow my rules/policies will be evicted on the spot. I want everyone to have a good time but please be respectful of quiet hours (10PM-8AM) and of the property/neighborhood. Thank you!
