Animal guidelines are strict and followed.

2 people max per bedroom.

Assigned tenant parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking available on as needed basis and assigned by management. No overnight parking on City streets in winter.

1-year lease

Must complete online application. We are a paperless organization and conduct business and communicate electronically including paying rent online.

TO QUALIFY FOR STRAIGHT-APPROVAL:

• average of all adult residents' credit scores must be at least 650

• sum of all residents' monthly incomes must be at least 3x monthly rent plus the minimum required payments per the credit reports

• clear criminal background

• no evictions

• no bankruptcies

• good references
