This is a pet friendly property; one pet 50 pounds and under or combined weight max of 2 pets weighing 50 pounds. Each apartment home contains ceiling fans, blinds, fully furnished kitchens, and full size bathrooms, washer and dryer connections, wood vinyl plank flooring, and professionally painted walls.

A $20 application fee per adult; as well as a reservation fee; equal to the deposits is due at time of application, paid in a separate cashier’s check or money order.
