2 bedroom 1 bathroom located in heart of the Cotton District- available for short-term leasing - This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located on Goodman Place and is located on the second floor. It features two separate entrances and hardwood floors. We are willing to offer 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month leasing options for this unit.
Appliances include:
•washer/dryer
•refrigerator
•oven/stove
•central heat/air
•Utilities are not included.
•A deposit the equivalent of one months rent will be required.
•Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent.
•All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check.
•We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher.
•If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease.
