About us: we are 2 nerdy professionals in our late 20s working in the tech industry. We like board games, video games, D&D, cats, Halloween decorations, and checking out local bars and restaurants. We are both female but this room is open to any gender and LGBTQ+ friendly.
We have 2 cats, so you must not be allergic. However the landlord does not want any more pets so unfortunately you can't have any of your own
Apartment is on the second floor of a 2 family house. It has a brand new kitchen, dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, a porch, and laundry in the basement. Free street parking (no permit required)
- location: 1/2 mile from Malden Center T stop; ~1 mile from Middlesex Fells Reservation; short walk to Target, Stop and Shop, plenty of restaurants, gyms, bus routes, a bike path, and Boda Borg; quiet, safe neighborhood
