MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS - HOA MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT FEES:

There is a FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500.00 that must be on hand to the Community Attendant Office one (1) working day prior to the Move/Delivery. This deposit is applicable to all damage, repair, cleaning, losses or other liabilities incurred as a result of the move. Additionally, you accept total responsibility for the cost of any damage, repair, cleaning, losses or other liabilities that may exceed the $500.00 deposit. If no damage has occurred, your deposit will be returned to you.

There is also a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $175.00 CHARGED by the Association for reservation of the elevator. If the move surpasses its four-hour limit an additional $50.00 per hour will be charged. All checks are to be made payable to Acqua Vista HOA.

AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS) WILL BE LEVIED IF A MOVER, OWNER OR RESIDENT ATTEMPTS TO BEGIN A MOVE IN/OUT WITHOUT A PRIOR RESERVATION OF THE ELEVATOR.

Move-In/Move-Outs or Delivery will be conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. Holidays and Weekends are reserved as a time of quiet enjoyment for all residents and therefore, no moving is allowed on these days. AN APPOINTMENT TO SCHEDULE A MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT OF THE BUILDING MUST BE MADE FOUR (4) WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE MOVE TO ENSURE ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR
