Your room will come unfurnished (furniture in the photos will be removed before your move-in). Sorry, not pets.

I like to explore and go out, meet people , drink every so often but I'm not a party animal and I definitely don't want this spot becoming a party house. I'm very chill and I'd like it if you were too. My girlfriend stays over appx 3 nights of the week on average. We mostly stay in my room when not cooking so you'll have your run of the space (i.e. barely in the living room).
I'm outside a lot, I work a lot, I travel as much as I can. We'll be sharing a bathroom and common areas so I'm looking for someone that's clean and responsible. If you're interested in checking out the place, call text or email me and we'll work out a time.
I have internet, No TV, but Amazon Fire Stick and a smart TV so it's not necessary. Internet is appx $35 p/m each, utilities are appx $40 p/m. Total rent currently is $1960 but I'll have the bigger room so I'll pay $990 and you'd pay $970. Tandem off-street parking. Room size: 11.5' x 9.5', ample closet space.
